Shipping FAQ – Domestic Lower 48 States – Large Sculptures are shipped through LTL Truck Freight (companies like UPS FREIGHT, R&L Carriers, Conway, etc). All items ship “Freight Collect” meaning you pay us for the sculpture(s) and then we will wrap and crate free, then you pay the actual shipping charges direct to the carrier. When we do this, we receive large discounts that are passed on to you and you pay actual, discounted shipped, no extra fees, over-inflated freight costs, etc. For a shipping quote, please contact us with your ship to location with zip code and we will be more than happy to get you a rate quote for the item or items you are interested in.
*International Shipping* – We can ship anywhere in the world via LTL Truck Freight, DHL Air, 20 foot and 40 foot sea containers. For all international orders, please contact us at with your shipping address and postal code then we will work out the best way to get the item to your local sea port/airport. Customer responsible for all local taxes/duties, VAT or any other fees your country may charge.

Tracking Information – Tracking information will be sent to the email address you provided when placing the order. If you do not receive the tracking information/shipment information within 2 business days from the shipping date, please contact us at or by calling 302-738-2190 Monday thru Friday, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm eastern standard time.
Damaged Items – We take extra precaution when packaging and crating your items for safe shipping. It is your responsibility to inspect all items upon delivery! Make sure you inspect the crate/shipping package before signing that paperwork from the carrier as once it is signed, you are acknowledging that it arrived without damage on a legal document with shipping carriers. When signing the carrier’s paperwork, please notate damage and keep all packing materials, wrapping material, etc until the claim process is over. We are not responsible for any damage once the item is securely shipping from our warehouse facility.
All items are hand-made art and carry no style of warranty.
Sales Tax – We are located in SALES TAX FREE, Newark Delaware in which there is no sales tax as when you buy from us, you pay the price of the item, that is it (Freight Charges may apply and are paid direct to the shipping carrier).
Special Orders – All Special Ordered Items require a 40% deposit at the time of order and the remaining balance paid before shipping the item from our Newark, Delaware facility. Delivery time varies, contact us about current production time as all items are hand-made.
